Beech forest in spring with wood anemones. 18 x 24 cm (6'' x 9'') This is an experiment! I primed a sheet of CP watercolor paper with acrylic matt-medium and used it for oilpainting. It was very different from painting on a canvas, at fisrt the relatively smooth surface made the paint move around, but after the first layer it seemed easy to make details (though there isn't that many here). It is definitely soemthing I would like to try again.
