Pond near Moesgaard in evening light, with large oak-trees and some smaller bushes. It's painted from a photo. Except for all the bird sounds there was very silent this evening. Only once did I hear a tree-frog! There are many tree-frogs at this lake, so I had hoped to hear more, but they start croaking (singing) later, after the sun sets. Watercolor, 31 x 23 cm (12'' x 9'') on Saunders Waterford 300 g/m2 HP. This is the first time I've used HP (hot press) watercolor paper, it is much smoother than I'm used to. Washes are harder to do on this paper compared to CP (cold press) I think, but details seems to be easier.
